Martellato's "Sugar Dress" is a product that provides a lace effect decoration in several motifs for your cakes. The final result will be sufficiently elastic and resistant to avoid breakage during the demoulding or positioning on the cake.

The lace decoration mantains a clear white color and you can always add other colors to make it more fancy.

Comes in 200gms. and 500gms. pails.

Just add some water to the two ingredients, mix well and spread it on the lace mats. Let it dry for 6-8 hours or put it into the oven at 158-176F for 10-12 minutes and you’ll have your lace decoration ready! Quick and easy!
